Both Custom Controls Ltd and Western Pacific Controls Pty Ltd share a long history as Emerson legacy Fisher brand representatives, having supported customers across Australia and New Zealand for more than 40 years. The alignment of Western Process Controls, Pacific Controls and Custom Controls under a single owner reinforces a proud shared heritage built on decades of partnership and friendship.
The combined organisation will honour that history while creating a stronger platform for future growth, expanded capability and enhanced customer support.
Western Pacific Controls Pty Ltd and Custom Controls Ltd will continue to operate as separate companies, maintaining a focus on delivering the high level of local support that has established both organisations as industry-leading suppliers across Australia and New Zealand.
